Herbeleef meubelbeurs 2025

De Meubelbeurs Brussel 2025 is voorbij. De positieve vibe was overal te voelen en te zien.

GROWING & BLOOMING

the fair turned out much better than expected
a higher level of performance and presentation

In the end, a fair is judged on its figures. Almost all exhibitors were satisfied, more than satisfied, with the results.

The words speak for themselves. ‘The downward trend has been reversed. Fortunately, we scored well again this year,’ one exhibitor wrote. All the more remarkable given that visitor numbers dipped slightly (3.8%). A total figure doesn't tell the whole story. Turnout from Belgium was lower, which came as no surprise, and this was partly offset by more visitors from abroad, led by the Netherlands and followed by France. International trade visitors now account for almost 70%. ‘Next year we are aiming even higher.’

offer, atmosphere, experience, inspiration, mood

The appeal of a fair comes down to its offer, atmosphere, experience, inspiration and mood. Talk about a growth boost! The offer expanded into new segments: more outdoor, more contract, more suppliers and – truly striking – more international and higher-end brands! You could see it clearly in the Brussels by Night hall. Hall… you could easily call it a standalone bedding fair within Meubelbeurs Brussel.

What everyone was talking about? The styling and upgrading of the stands!

Truly everyone spoke with admiration about Confortluxe's spectacular conservatory. On a smaller scale, too, there were countless ideas to take away. To name one example: Schramm's homemade pendant lights. Semi-transparent copper cylinders, almost fragile, filled with a mattress component: a spring here, a tuft of wool there. Wherever you walked, if you kept your eyes open, you went home with a wealth of inspiration and input.
